Kew Bridge, London

blocwork refurbished the old ticket hall at Kew Bridge, a grade 2 building at risk to create a long term economically sustainable use. The building was split into the Station Masters House a large top floor apartment, an independent artisan coffee shop and a personal training gym.

A planning permission was secured on the rear yard for 30 apartments, 15 of which will be sold to workers and residents of the London Borough of Hounslow at 80% of market value.

Cooperation and estate management agreements were entered into with adjoining owners to unlock environmental improvements.

Living spaces and working places will regenerate a site that has been blighted for 10 years and with 65% of the project financial outputs being reinvested in the rail network.
